Dr. Chow was friendly and completely thorough with his examination. He didn’t rush me. He talked through all of my issues and he helped create a plan to address any and all concerns I had. I felt very comfortable with him, and I was happy that I was referred to him.

Dr. Chow is without a doubt THE best PCP I’ve ever had. He is extremely attentive, never rushing as he thoroughly addresses all my questions and concerns. He’s also incredibly empathetic and his soothing demeanor makes it such a pleasure to be under his care. On top of all that, he’s easily accessible whether by convenient telehealth appts or late evening availability (I was able to book a 7pm appt the day of!). When it is your appt time, he is very prompt and doesn’t keep you waiting forever in the patient’s room (unlike far too many experiences I’ve had with other medical professionals). Dr. Chow truly is an exemplary doctor! Kudos also to the friendly and helpful staff on the office. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Chow through the Mt Sinai network and look forward to his continued care.

It's too bad I couldn't give more than 5 stars. Dr. Chow and his staff are awesome! He is by far the best physician this 67 year old has ever had. I usually select my medical providers by ratings and proximity to home and Dr. Chow's practice met both beautifully. He is conscientious, thoughtful, and empathetic in all aspects. He dove deeply into my vitals and ensured I am well informed with staying healthy. Also kudos to nurse Danielle who rescheduled my appointment from follow up (my error) to annual check-up in less than 4 days. The experience has been so extraordinary that I'd recommended my wife and daughter to Dr. Chow, and my daughter in turn recommended her best friend, to Dr. Chow. A+++ all the way.

Dr. Chow is the best! I go out of my way to see him even after I moved locations and have referred friends to him as well. He is very thorough, never rushed. Also, the phlebotomists he works with are so talented and caring!
